WBro Dr Akram Baig, AProvGM, accompanied by his Provincial team officiated at the Installation ceremony at Singleton Lodge No 8399, Swansea, on Monday 18th September. It was a a delight to see W.Bro. Mark L Bevan installing Bro. Andrew Rowe, who then proceeded to invest two of his nephews amongst the full suite of light blue Master Masons as lodge officers for the forthcoming year.
Singleton Lodge, being a Universities Scheme Lodge, welcomes new members and those wishing to become Freemasons, who are undergraduates, postgraduates, senior members of the university and alumni, and any students from Further Education based in Swansea, ranging in age from 18 upwards.
Singleton Lodge regularly meets throughout the year on the third Monday of September, November, January, and March. This Installation ceremony not only celebrated the traditions of Freemasonry but also exemplified the lodge’s dedication to fostering fellowship and growth among its diverse membership.
