Participating in the Virtual Auction
Preparation information for those taking part in the Auction of Friday 4th June 2021
- Please try and log on from 6.50pm for a 7.00pm start.
- Please mute your microphone – keep it muted throughout the event, please.
- Turn your camera on or off (this is up to you), once you are logged on.
- The auction will be recorded and if you do not wish to be recorded, keep your video turned off.
- Please use your first name and surname, not a nick name etc.
(please refer to YouTube video below for help with displaying your name). - To make a bid simply type your bid in the chat column
(if you do not know how to use the chat column, please refer to the YouTube video below for help with this)
No oral bids will be allowed as you will be muted. - All bids online will appear in the chat column.
- Please do not bid under the higher bid.
- If your bid is successful the Auctioneer will announce that you have won the bid.
- An e-mail will be sent to you with an invoice at the close of the auction (within 24 hours).
- Delivery charges are free.
- All items must be paid in full at the close of the next day.
