On Wednesday 17th September 2025, The Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, E.Comp. Paul R. Clement OStJ, accompanied by his Provincial escort, was in attendance for the Installation Convocation at St Quentin’s Chapter No. 4778, Cowbridge.
A delightful and dignified ceremony ensued, befitting such a special occasion.

The Chapter was further honoured by the presence of the Deputy Grand Superintendent, E.Comp. Martyn P. Wake; Past Provincial Second Grand Principals, E.Comp. Akram Baig and E.Comp. Lyndon Howells; and the Provincial Grand Scribe N, E.Comp. Julian Rees, together with officers of Supreme Grand Chapter and a host of Provincial Grand Chapter officers.
The festive board proved to be a vibrant and joyous affair, filled with laughter, friendship, and the true spirit of Royal Arch companionship.
