W. Bro. Stuart G. Ackery was initiated into Henry Pendrill Charles Lodge No. 3769, Caerphilly, in 1998.
Stuart currently serves as Lodge Secretary and is a Past Principal in the Royal Arch. He is also a joining member of Proscenium Lodge No. 9059 and Hendre Lodge No. 3250.
Throughout his years in Freemasonry, Stuart has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, both within the Craft and the Royal Arch. This experience, combined with his professional life as a Mortgage Adviser and entertainer, has given him an excellent understanding of people and, importantly, the ability to communicate, listen and act effectively.
These qualities will stand Stuart in very good stead as he takes on his new role as Provincial Grand Membership Officer. His extensive Masonic knowledge, approachable nature and genuine interest in supporting others make him ideally placed to work with Lodges throughout the Province as we continue to strengthen membership, improve retention and ensure that every new Brother has the opportunity to enjoy a positive and rewarding Masonic journey.
Speaking about his appointment, Stuart said: “I am looking forward to serving the Province in my new role as Provincial Grand Membership Officer. I’m looking forward to working with and assisting Lodges throughout the Province regarding all aspects of my role, especially membership and retention.
“I’m extremely encouraged and delighted to see the support and guidance that members throughout our Province afford to our newer Brethren, ensuring they have an everlasting and positive experience.”
