E.Comp. Brian Scott Celebrates 40 Years in the Royal Arch

On Tuesday, 6th May, at a meeting of Friendship and Justice Chapter No. 5830, a significant milestone was achieved as E.Comp. Brian Scott celebrated 40 distinguished years of service in the Royal Arch. The 3rd Provincial Grand Principal, E.Comp. Philip Bevan, had the honour of presenting E.Comp. Brian with his 40-year certificate and commemorative lapel pin, on behalf of the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, E.Comp. Paul Raymond Clement.

E.Comp. Brian’s Royal Arch journey began on 10th December 1984, when he was exalted into Silurian Chapter No. 471 in the Province of Monmouthshire.

In 1992, he became a joining member of Friendship and Justice Chapter No. 5830. There, he progressed through the offices, serving as Third and Second Principal before being installed as First Principal on 7th November 2000. His commitment continued when, in 2005, he joined Chapter of Integrity No. 6907, serving as First Principal in 2008, becoming a joining member of Hendre Chapter No. 3250, in 2009.

E.Comp. Brian’s dedication and tireless service have been recognised over the years through a series of well-deserved Provincial and Grand Chapter appointments. He was appointed Past Provincial Grand Sojourner in 2004, promoted to Past Provincial Deputy Grand Registrar in 2008, and further appointed Provincial Grand Treasurer in 2012. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was appointed to the rank of Past Grand Standard Bearer in Supreme Grand Chapter in 2014.

For four decades, E.Comp. Brian has exemplified the principles of the Royal Arch with distinction and commitment, not only within his own Chapters but across the Province. His service continues to be a source of inspiration to Companions old and new.
