Provincial Membership Officer appointed

At the 4th Area meeting of the 2021 Festival, hosted by Loyal Cambrian Lodge No. 110 at the Masonic Hall, Merthyr Tydfil on Thursday 04th March 2016, the RWPGM was pleased to announce that he had appointed W.Bro. Neil M. Evans, PPrGSwdB to be our first Provincial Membership Officer (PMO).

The role of the PMO will be to help improve attraction, selection, mentoring, care for members and retention rates and be focused on assisting Lodges and Chapters to develop and implement a membership strategy, with a view to attracting suitable new candidates.  The PMO will also help to identify and share ‘best practice’ which is expected to have a positive impact on candidate growth/retention; and as referred to above will, in the future, provide Lodges and Chapters with ‘tools’ to help support their efforts.

As a new role, it offers many possibilities and provides the opportunity for the right candidate to create significant and long lasting positive change for the Craft and Royal Arch.
