Library and Museum at the Lodge Rooms, Rainbow Hill, Worcester

Worshipful Brethren, Brethren all,

Further to the news item about Freemasonry featuring on the BBC Bargain Hunt television show I can now – thanks to W.Bro John Hodgkiss P.P.SGD of the Worcester Province – update you on the Museum at the Lodge Rooms at Rainbow Hill, Worcester.

W.Bro John was the representative of his Mother Lodge on The Library and Museum Committee, and can confirm that they have the best collection of Masonic memorabilia outside London. It is well worth a visit if you are ever in the “Faithful City”. The Museum is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am and 12.30pm or at other times by appointment for groups. You need to contact WBro J E Tapson well in advance to arrange a guided tour at curator.wmimi@nullbtinternet.com. I believe meals can also be provided.
