Inaugrual Fellowship Dinner – Friday 4th September 2026

On Friday 4 September, the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master and Most Excellent Grand Superintendent held their inaugural fellowship Dinner at Cardiff Masonic Hall.

The evening began with a drinks reception, providing Brethren and guests with an opportunity to mingle, catch up with friends and enjoy each other’s company ahead of the evening’s proceedings.

At 7:30pm, Brethren and guests assembled in the Duke of Kent Suite to warmly welcome the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master and the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent. Their arrival was greeted with a wonderful and enthusiastic round of applause.

A superb meal followed, perfectly fitting for the occasion. The food was absolutely delicious, complemented by fantastic service and, as always, wonderful company.

The Fellowship Dinner provides the Provincial Grand Master and Grand Superintendent with an opportunity to thank all of their acting Provincial Grand Officers from the previous Masonic year, as well as those appointed for the year ahead, including members of the Provincial Executive and those who contribute to the continued vitality of Freemasonry in South Wales for their hard work, commitment and dedication to the Province.

Following dinner, the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master delivered a warm and heartfelt speech, expressing his sincere thanks to all those Brethren, together with their families, for the support, hard work and dedication they have given to him personally and to the Province of South Wales.

The Fellowship Dinner was a fitting occasion to recognise the tremendous contribution made by so many throughout the year and to celebrate the fellowship and camaraderie that exists across our Province.

As we look ahead to the start of a new Masonic year, we do so with great optimism and enthusiasm, looking forward to another year of friendship, service and achievement across the Province of South Wales.
