Whilst all Brethren will I am sure be law abiding in respect of speed limits, I thought it worth advising that W.Bro Brian Metcalfe of Margam Abbey Lodge in Port Talbot has this day reminded me that the average speed cameras on the flyover section of the M4 motorway past Port Talbot have gone ‘live’ this morning. The cameras have been installed for some time, but not operationally in respect of penalty fines and endorsement. They are now, so concentration is paramount – as always when driving – to ensure you do not inadvertently stray over the limit in the average speed section.
