W.Bro. Simon K.S. Daniel, PAGDC, 2nd Provincial Grand Principal
as Chair of the 2032 Festival with immediate effect.
Upon his appointment, Brother Daniel said: “It is a true honour to be appointed Chairman of the 2032 Festival.
