W.Bro. Keith Ferguson was initiated into Beaufort Lodge No. 3834 on 14th May 1970. He is also a member of Lord Swansea Lodge No. 8364, Lodge of Benevolence No. 7305, the Chartered Accountants Lodge No. 3162, and the Welsh Installed Masters Lodge No. 9857.
He first served as Worshipful Master of Beaufort Lodge in 1982 and again in its Centenary Year, 2018. He has also had the honour of serving as Worshipful Master of both Lord Swansea Lodge and the Chartered Accountants Lodge. In addition, he was Treasurer of Beaufort Lodge for many years and Treasurer of the South Wales Benevolent Fund (MBF).
In Royal Arch Masonry, he was exalted into Talbot Chapter in 1985, becoming First Principal in 2010, and he is also a member of Lord Swansea Chapter No. 8364.
His service to other Masonic Orders is extensive. He has been Treasurer of the Mark Province of South Wales and is currently Treasurer of the Allied Masonic Degrees District of Severn. He served as Provincial Grand Summus of the Ancient and Masonic Order of the Scarlet Cord from 2014 to 2023, and as Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler of the Order of the Secret Monitor for South Wales and Monmouthshire from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, he was appointed Deputy Grand Supreme Ruler in the Order of the Secret Monitor, an office he continues to hold with pride.
W.Bro. Ferguson now looks forward to serving the Province in his new role as Provincial Senior Grand Warden.
