All South Wales Brethren who were Initiated during the Tercentenary Year are cordially invited by the Provincial Grand Master of the Province of South Wales, Gareth Jones, OBE to a dinner, in your honour, to be held at Cottrell Park Golf Club, St. Nicholas, Vale of Glamorgan, CF5 6SJ on Friday 23rd March 2018.
The Provincial Grand Master would be delighted to welcome you and your partner to this celebration, to mark the start of your Masonic journey. The dinner will give you and your partner the opportunity to meet with other new members and ask the many questions I am sure you have.

Tercentenary Initiates’ Dinner
Welcome from 7.30pm to sit for dinner at 8.00pm

Warm smoked bacon and leek tartelette with dressed walnut salad
To follow:
Duo of Chicken
Stuffed Bon Bon with Glamorgan sausage and red wine jus together with a panko breast with garlic butter, potato cake and a panache of green vegetables
To finish:
Chefs Symphony of Dessert
Crème Brule, Chocolate Brownie and sticky toffee pudding with custard
Coffee and baby Welsh-cakes
