By command of the Deputy Provincial Grand Master in Charge, I hereby give you notice that an Especial Meeting of this Provincial Grand Lodge will take place in the Calon Suite, Holland House Hotel & Spa, 24–26 Newport Road, Cardiff, CF24 0DD, on Wednesday the 11th day of February 2026, for the purpose of Installing W.Bro. Robert G. Payne, PSGD, as Provincial Grand Master. Luncheon will follow at Cardiff Masonic Hall, 8 Guildford Street, Cardiff, CF10 2HL.
All present and past Provincial Grand Officers, Masters, and Wardens of all Lodges in the Province are summoned to attend. Master Masons who are subscribing members of a Lodge in the Province are invited to be present.
Further details and a link to the booking form for the meeting and luncheon will be provided in due course. Due to anticipated high demand, please complete the form promptly. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and a reserve list will be maintained in the event that the meeting becomes oversubscribed.
