Monday 23rd January 2023 saw the Assistant Provincial Grand Master designate, W.Bro. Dr Akram Baig, CStJ, PJGD installing his son, Bro. Amir Baig into the Chair of King Solomon. The ceremony began with Bro. Amir being presented for installation by his brother-in-law, Bro. Matthew Keats.
A large gathering of brethren made the journey from all parts of the Province to the splendid surroundings of Penarth Masonic Hall to witness a truly moving and wonderful installation ceremony. The R.W. Provincial Grand Master, D. Gerald Rowbottom accompanied by his provincial team oversaw proceedings.
This week is undoubtedly a momentous week for the Baig’s, as on Thursday 26th of January, W.Bro. Dr Akram Baig will be invested as Assistant Provincial Grand Master at Hendre Lodge No. 3250.
