Dear Lodge Secretaries,
In future, information appertaining to the Second Rising will be sent to you via a dedicated email. These emails should be forwarded, either in electronic or printed format; to the Members of your Lodge. It is hoped that this will help to disseminate information in an efficient manner and reduce the time taken in Risings during meetings. From time to time, other emails from the Provincial Office will be sent (if time appropriate).
These Second Rising emails will be sent on the second Monday of each month and submissions of news or information, to be considered for inclusion, should be received by the Provincial Office no later than one week before. Please send details to office@nullprovince.org.uk in the usual manner.
To ensure that all emails make it through to your inbox your may wish to consider adding the office@nullprovince.org.uk email address to your list of safe senders or address book. Instructions on how to do this will vary and if you have any problems, please advise the Office or contact your email provider for further help if necessary.
