W.Bro Kelvin Jones writes … The Hendre Lodge No.3250 are pleased to announce, that the launch of the new Provincial History Book will take place at their Regular Lodge Meeting on Thursday 26th January 2012 at the Masonic Hall,Cardiff.

The book entitled “The Reason Why” is a complete history of the Masonic Province of South Wales.It has taken nearly six years to produce and contains the Histories of all the lodges within our Province.W.Bro.Dr Peter M.Davies Provincial Junior Grand Warden will address the lodge and illustrate the background of the project and how it evolved to its ultimate magnificent conclusion. He will then present the first copy to the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Captain Sir Norman Lloyd Edwards the current Worshipful Master of the lodge.

Pre-ordered books will be available from Lodge representatives at Masonic Centres during the first/second week in February. Brethren who wish to purchase the book at £17.50 plus £7.50 postage and packaging should write to The Treasurer (Provincial History Book) 25,Beatty Avenue,Roath Park,Cardiff.CF23 5QR enclosing their cheque made payable to “The South Wales Provincial History Book A/C”.
